What is TaskForge?
TaskForge is a project management app for teams. It combines Kanban boards, sprint planning, tasks with sub tasks, team chat, file sharing and time tracking in one workspace that updates in real time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit, so a small team can try TaskForge properly. Upgrade when you need more members, projects, tasks or sprints.
Can I sign in with Google or GitHub?
Yes. You can sign up with email and password, Google or GitHub, and link more than one to the same account.
How do I bring my team in?
Invite people by email from your workspace. Teammates who already have an account are added right away; everyone else gets a link to sign up and join.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over a limit on the new plan, everything you already have stays put; you just can't add more until you're back under it.
Who can see our direct messages?
Only the two people in the conversation. Workspace owners and admins can manage channels, but they can't read, post in or delete anyone else's DMs.
Does TaskForge work on my phone?
Yes. The web app works on phones, tablets and desktops, and can send push notifications to your browser. A native app for Android and iOS is on the way.
